Come join us for some friendly No-Gi rounds! If you plan to wear spats or leggings, please note that shorts must be worn over them. We train barefoot, so please wear flip-flops or sandals whenever you're off the mats. Visitor drop-in fee (1 day): 60 PLN / 15 EUR / 15 USD ADCC Finals competitors train for free. Each ADCC competitor may bring up to two training partners free of charge. Please register online for the Open Mat and check in at reception upon arrival.
